Possibly surgery: The options for plantar fasciitis are somewhat limited, although it should be noted that most cases ultimately if left untreated will resolve on their own. Options can include: stretches, bracing/orthotics, medications, injections, or surgery. If you have tried injections, live with it for now or surgery. Even if non operative care fails, it can still resolve on its own over time.

Address activity.: The pain is a consequence of inflammation and the inflammation is a consequence of repeated overuse and subsequent micro tears in the fascia and periosteum. Reducing inflammation by injections usually is of temporary benefit if more practical treatment protocols are not included. These "extras" can include rest, rest, limited ambulation, great shoes, great insoles, rest and finally limited activity.
