Contact health dept.: In the US regional health departments keep rabies surveillance (wild animals) information to help focus their efforts. When there is none in the area they relax & if it picks up they vaccinate more. This type of exposure sounds too minimal to worry, but a call to your local health department can clarify any regional data to support not getting a vaccine.
