150 min/wk or more: A minimum of 150 minutes per week split up in 3 -4 sessions is considered reasonable. It is best to avoid doing the same exercise on consecutive days. Both aerobic and weight-training (balance also) exercises should be performed. The aerobic is for cardiovascular, the strength is for muscle tone, balance, and your bone.
