Doctor can evaluate: If one has bad lower tummy pain and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower area), diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... Most people with "moderate pain," more than mild pain, should get a doctor's exam to be sure it is not appendicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, cancer, etc...
