2 things : I don't think your breast pain and itching is due to your hysterectomy or abdominal pain. Itching can sometimes be a sign of a yeast infection on the skin. Tender breasts can be hormonal as well. The lower abdominal pain could be due to something on your remaining ovary. A pelvic exam and ultrasound could prove that. In addition cannot exclude the intestine has a cause for that pain.

Possibilities: Lots of things can cause lower pelvic pains (could be the ovary maybe even a large cyst on it; could be an intestinal problem; or a bladder condition). Need a little more information but could be numerous things.
