Several possible : Reasons for abdominal cramping and low back pain after a hysterectomy. Possible reasons could be - a cyst on an ovary or tube, intestinal problem such as constipation or another issue, or a musculoskeletal problem. You will need to speak to your doctor and get an exam to figure this out.
