Drug interactions: Drug interactions checkers are used to determine if drug combinations are safe. When Klonopin, Lamictal, Concerta & Melatonin are entered in Drugs. Com drug interaction checker it showed that combining Klonopin & Lamictal can ^ risk for confusion, drowsiness, dizziness, v'ed concentration, v'ed motor coordination & judgment. Klonopin + Melatonin may interact mildly but both can very sedating.
