I am not sure those 2 things you described are related. You are quite young for an internal hemorrhoids bleeding but it seems you probably had it (painless bleeding with defecation). I wonder if you have suffered from constipation or if you have any other health issue. With the feeling of rapid heart rate keep watching it for now and if possible, check your wrist pulse for the rate if it recurs.
