Pelvic pain: Well first off , I would recommend that you do a pregnancy test. You should definitely see your gyn either way for the pelvic pain.

Possible: If you are sexually active you could be pregnant. Get a pregnancy test. Important that if you are or not pregnant that you get the abdominal and back pain checked.
