I've had acid reflux for a few years now, the last few days i have had bad discomfort and bloating just below my beastr bone and it hurts, can it be an ulcer?

Could be!: You may have an ulcer! But there are other causes of pain there. Since the pain has lasted two days, get seen today, please. Also get checked for H. pylori, a germ that can cause ulcers and stomach pain, that is pretty common. Don't take aspirin, ibuprofen or naprosyn or other drugs in this class, as they make stomach problems worse. Good luck!
