My doctor has said i have an ulcer in my digestive tract. i now have severe bloating, more than my usual bloating. is this a cause for concern?

Maybe, yes: An ulcer could cause these symptoms and may mean the ulcer is more active and needs different treatment. Get back in touch with the doctor(s) who diagnosed and are treating the ulcer. Good luck.
