Not particularly: Such a low grade fever is common to many self healing viral illnesses. It is part of the natural immune response that increases heart & breathing rate to push the natural blood borne antibodies/white cells & oxygen around to fight the germs. If the kid is feeding well & plays some you can monitor this at home. If something spooks you have him seen.
