Hello doctor, i take 4th gen combo test at 12weeks(84days) its a considered conclusive? or should i take another test 90days? im totally confused;also tested syphillis,hsv,rpr& vdrl all are came negative. pls clear my worries?

I see nothing "confusing" in these comments. The 4th gen HIV tests are conclusive at 6 weeks; no more testing needed. Syphilis blood tests are conclusive after 3 months (but do only one test; VDRL and RPR are nearly identical tests, never a need for both.) HSV testing is often unreliable and rarely recommended after any particular sexual exposure, but takes up to 4 months for conclusive results.
