Hi today i perform my urine routine examination test . i found (** traces hemoglobin in chemical examination ) and rbc (1-2) crystals ( calcium oxalate (+) ) wbc (2-4) appearance ( slightly turbid) specific gravity (1.030) is it worrying?

No, there is nothing to concern if you do not have history of kidney stone. With specific gravity of 1.030 and calcium oxalate 1+ in the sediment, you are at risk of calcium oxalate stone. You should increase fluid intake 20 - 30% to bring down the specific gravity to less than 1.015 at the highest and reduce intake of foods which contain high amount of oxalate (google it).
