A member asked:

What is the best way to get a full body scan for potential cancer/tumours? and would such a procedure be covered by the priority classic scheme?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Primary Care doctor: Preventive care means getting care before having symptoms. Young and middle-aged adults can get preventive care check-ups every 2-3 years even if they feel fine. If there is are signs and symptoms of cancer, or a very large familial or lifestyle risk of cancer, additional screenings for cancer may be done. There is currently NO recommended screening technology for a "full body scan for cancer.
