Why is mammogram not advised for young ladies below 25 years old? what are the risks?

Excess radiation : The risks of excessive radiation exposure to women under 25 years of age are far greater than the number of potential breast cancer cases(benefit) that will be unveiled. Moreover, those women also have more and thicker breast and ductal tissue that can easily produce false positives on their mammograms.
