I am 25 y/o. i used to have a left-breast tumor the size of a baseball a few years ago. it was removed when i was 21 and it was benign. i moved places since then and this new hospital is trying to get me in for mammogram. arent i too young for that?

You are: Unfortunately with your history and depending on the type of tumor that was removed, surveillance appears appropriate. Establishing with a doc at the new location would help great deal in getting clear information going forward.
