Bites: Assuming not red or discharge in the lesions, you can safely apply Hydrocortisone 1% 3x/d locally and if itchy Benadryl 25 mg po q 6-8 hrs. The white spot in center is the bite itself and not concerning unless spreads or infection occurs, see MD if worsens.
