Tamoxifen: See your oncologist as your pain may be due to ovarian disease, and an ultrasound exam of the pelvic area is necessary. Make certain that pregnancy is not the cause by getting a serum HCG test to be certain. Pregnancy is unlikely, of course, but good to rule out b/c of your symptoms.
