My daughter has a high fever. the left side of her face is swollen. what can i use to help her with this?

Short/long term: In the short term I would give her an Ibuprofen product for her fever & keep her comfortable. Encourage fluid intake when awake. When it is convenient take her in to see if this is a bacterial or viral infection that may/may not need treatment.
