i had 2 days with fever and pain in the right arm. and i have a very battered wheel left side and the same side of a swollen node. my head hurts, too?

Cellulitis: You might have a soft tissue infection which could present with fever as well. You should have a sebella waited in the hospital emergency room as soon as possible. The swollen lymph node could be involved as well.
