PVCs- isolated: are benign and of no clinical importance; however, if you are having sustained runs, bigemininy or trigeminy, these are best diagnosed with a 24 hour heart monitor and/or stresss echocardiogram coupled with a routine EKG. I suggest testing for thyroid function, metabolic function and fasting blood sugar.
