I have had a hoarse voice (only at higher pitches) for 4 weeks now. i saw an ent who did a laparoscopy on me and found nothing. what do i do?

LPR: Probably you have laryngo-pharyngeal reflux giving you hoarse voice and post nasal drip which in turn giving you nasal congestion, cough and heartburn . See a gastroenterologist to check your digestive tract . LPR can be easely treatable with ppi inhibitors and H2 receptor antagonists.
