TMJ syndrome: fron inflammamtion of the area where the mandible inserts into the temporal bone at the level of the open jaw. Requires dental CT scan of the TMJ area and localized treatment. I suggest immediate dental evaluation especially with a dentist trained in TMJ therapy.
