Start flossing. Brush twice daily for a full 3 minutes by the clock every day. And for goodness sake get in to see a Dentist immediately to determine the cause (other than compromised hygiene) that can be contributing to what may be gum disease.

I do not know how long ago you had professional cleaning at Dentist’s office .May be it is time for you to get professional cleaning .It is the plaque deposits between teeth which causes bad breath The plaque is removed by dental floss or by use of Water pick .Ask your Dentist to prescribe you A Mouth wash depending your needs .
