Meet doc first!: Why don't you make an appointment to get the rest of you checked first, and if you like the doc, you will feel more comfortable seeing him or her again. Discuss your shyness at the 1st visit, & you can decide, depending on the doc's response, if you will feel comfortable enough to return and get that exam. If you already have a doc & don't feel comfortable doing this, tell him/her or get new doc.
