Possibly: The rash and cough may not be related. You should see a dermatologist for evaluation, possible biopsy to rule out psoriasis, and advice about treatment.

Rash could be: Cough uncertain relationship if this is psoriasis. The distribution and type of rash needs to be confirmed by a dermatologist. The long term cough also needs evaluation. If the rash is not psoriasis it may be related to the cough.
