Lumps and bumps!: With a swelling or lump that is new should be checked by a doc in person. There are many causes of lumps and bumps, most are not serious, but since you are also having pain in that leg, you need to get it examined. See your primary care doc first, who can decide who would be the best specialist to see to diagnose and treat it.
