Blood flow?: You are really very young, but your symptoms are suspicious for poor circulation in the leg. More blood flow is required when you use the muscles to provide them with the oxygen to work. If they aren't getting enough, they burn fuels differently, lactic acid builds up in the muscles and they hurt.
