Possible: It's always possible that these or other conditions are present in a patient and yet the biopsy taken for pathological evaluation does not reveal them. If it is suspected a pathology report may have missed a diagnosis with signs and symptoms suggesting that diagnosis I would suggest having a repeat biopsy done.
