Supraclavicular lymph node show up round, no hilum and 1.5cm on ultrasound. i'm assuming it's hodgkins. is it still possible that it is somehow benign?

Absolutely: Biopsy of the node is the only way to be definitive regarding benign or malignant node involvement.

Ultrasound finds benign axillary lymph nodes with intact hilum bilateraly,largest 1.3cm on right 0.8 cm on left ,one 5mm fibroidenoma in both breasts.

How can you tell if a lymph node is benign? "benign reactive lymph nodes are present in the supraclavicular region" my ultrasound report said. How can they know its not malignant?
