Call your doctor: A baby who is formula fed will have bowel movements less frequently than a breast fed baby, but most babies should stool in a few days. Please call your physician and have your child evaluated.

Normal varies..but: A breast fed infant can smear a little every feed or fill a diaper once every 7-10 days. Formula babies usually go more often with more bulk. Two weeks is beyond my accepted limit so I would want to see the baby for an exam. If the kid is otherwise thriving and happy I might give it a bit longer before any intervention. This is an office visit, not an ER visit.
