Hi. my daughter is 8, turning 9 in november. her breasts has started developing. soft tissue is starting to form around the areola and nipple. her one nipple is protruding, and the other indented. she says that it's not painful. should i be worried?

Not particularly : Thelarche or the beginning of breast development in girls is not unusual at this age. It may start on one side earlier than the other and differences between the two can take months/years to stabilize. They continue to grow taller at this stage & menses is expected after 2-3 yrs.
