Meibomian Cyst: 16 y/o says I have got like little yellow cysts in my eyelid...what can I use for it? Meibomian Cysts also called Chalazion are Blocked oily Glands in the upper or lower Eye lids. The Blockage causes swelling which could be infected sometimes. Most of the time, No treatment is needed but Warm moist compress with a clean wash cloth on it for 5 minutes or so once or twice daily can help unclog it

Eyelid cysts: In addition to the earlier good advice given by another doctor, if the cysts bother you too much they can be removed fairly easily by a plastic surgeon. Peace and good health.
