Concretions: It is common to develop small blisters or cysts on the inside of your eyelids. These are called concretions. They are harmless and will tend to come and go. There is no treatment needed for them.

Not really: It can be a cyst like sty which is less likely in your case as it is painful and there is a swelling of eye lid. It can be a chalzian cyst. If it is bothering you better to see an eye specialist to be sure.
