Several things...: What you describe can be cysts, closed sweat glands (syringomas), skin tags etc...The only way to know better is to have an evaluation by an ophthalmologist.

Ptosis: ...is a drooping or falling of the upper or lower eyelid. The drooping may be worse after being awake longer, when the individual's muscles are tired. Assure you are getting enough sleep first. If it happens all the time, see the Eye dr, as it may lead to other issues if your lids droop too low.Treatment depends on the type of ptosis and is usually performed by an ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon
