Had a little bump in lower eyelid since one year. i try everything but it don't go itself . i dont want to get it surgically removed. plz help.thanks?

Difficult to say: It is difficult to diagnose you without seeing the lesion in person. You may have a hordeolum or chalazion which sometimes respond to antibiotic therapy. A papilloma is also a possibility - these sometimes require surgical excision
