Stye?: You should get examined by your primary doctor to see if it is a cyst that could be drained or medically treated with antibiotic etc.

Difficult to say: It is difficult to diagnose you without seeing the lesion in person. You may have a hordeolum or chalazion which sometimes respond to antibiotic therapy. A papilloma is also a possibility - these sometimes require surgical excision
