Both kids sick from tue with high temp of 39 o 40 gp started on antibiotics orlex and augment temp down from sat but kids still have no appetite?

Takes time: If the kids are taking fluids well enough to pee every 6 hrs or more they are stable. Temp down is a good sign. It may take a couple more days for digestion/appetite to normalize.
