Try an NSAID: It could be something as benign as muscle/tissue inflammation. This is likely if you just started a new work out regimen and your lifting weights or doing pushups. Make sure you don't feel any fixed hard masses within the breasts or on the chest wall, and if so, follow up with a doctor to have them check. If indeed you feel it may be musculoskeletal from a new work out routine, just take an NSAID.
