Good day doctor, please any time i touch my left side chest (down the breast) flesh, i feel some pain not inner but from the flesh, please what can i do?

I would recommend you see your doctor for an examination and whatever testing might be indicated. In the meantime if you are not allergic to tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen you can try either one for the pain until you see your doctor.
