See your doctor: Unfortunately it is hard to recommend a treatment when your symptom could be several different possibilities. I would recommend you see your doctor for an examination and whatever testing might be indicated. In the meantime if you are not allergic to tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen you can try either one for the pain until you see your doctor.
