Gastritis/food poisoning what to take and eat. i believe i ate seafood last friday which caused this. i've been taking tylenol, pepto, prilosec?

Food poisoning : Since last Friday after eating seafood it is probably a food poisoning. If you have diarrhea that suggest food poisoning since you do not get diarrhea with gastritis. If there is blood in a loose stool you need a culture from the stool. Food poisoning goes away on its own within days to weeks. See your doctor for an evaluation.
