Daughter( over 18 yo) was just dxd w/ gastritis this week in er (thurs).. rxd prilosec / anti nausea. can she take ib guard to help or will it help relieve stomach pain? how long do symptoms (stomach pain, full feeling, lethargy) typically last?

Mostly likely viral. Most get better in 7-14 days. Others take 1-2 weeks. Dr humor. Some find that Pepto- Bismol helps. Discuss with her team.
