CD4 are immune cell: CD4 count of 239 is low- if you have HIV you are about to be classified as AIDS when the count is lower than 200. No details of history given. Normal CD4 count is 500-1500- absolute count CD4% in normally 24-64 %- CD4 cells in total WBCs is % Re do the question with all the details.
