Safe but be careful: Creatinie is a combination. Product of three amino acids. Glycine,Arginine and Mythionine. It is extensively used for body builders. It is not a steroid. The dose for those above 18 years is anywhere from. 2.5 to 5 grms a day. Drink plenty of water and at the dose you are taking it is safe, as long as you are not taking any other drugs those are toxic for the kidneys like non steroidal group
