A member asked:

Is there a way to tell the difference between a fever blister and shingles when the outbreak is on the bridge of the nose?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

How many blisters?: If there is only one blister, it is unlikely to be shingles. If there are multiple blisters and extend to both sides of the mid-line, it is not shingle.
