Retained baby teeth: At age 19, it is normal for the wisdom teeth to start to erupt. The fact that you have "milk teeth" remaining should be looked at by a dentist or orthodontist. Sometimes, adult teeth are missing, which can explain why a baby (primary) tooth persists. Other times, the adult tooth may be impacted, and it should be brought into the mouth. A dentist or orthodontist should be of great help!

Consult Needed: You need to see an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for a consult with x-ray to determine if wisdom teeth surgery is necessary.
