Total Calories: You may be taking in more calories than you realize. I suggest keeping very close track using an app such as my fitness pal. I would also recommend increasing both the amount of cardiovascular exercise that you are doing (running, bicycling, swimming etc) to 30 minutes 3-4X weekly and incorporating at least one day of heavy weight training into your exercise regimen.

Weight: Muscle weighs more than fat so you may be healthier although the scale may not reflect that. Please see your doctor and ask him/her about the ketogenic diet. That's higher GOOD fat and lower carbs and your body quickly converts to burning fat for fuel rather than sugar. Peace and good health.
