I've been trying to eat healthier and working out an hr a day, but my health chart tells me i'm getting to much fat. any suggestions?

A few: If one is working out an hour a day, it is likely calories output is okay. Even healthy foods in large quantities can contain lots of calories, so portion control may by an issue. Consulting a registered dietician could help with that. If a metabolic work up has not been done to rule out medication or other medical issues like hyothyroid - that might be a good idea in general.
