No. : If you feel like something is in the extraction site, rinse gently with some eaten salt water. It may dislodge any debris that may me trapped in site. It is most likely the sutures that you feel. The ones that eventually dissolve over the week can be particularly stiff at tie ends. These can be annoying at times. The dry socket would feel very sore with constant ache, sometimes bad taste or odor.
