Yes: Sometimes the period can take a long time (7-10 days) to stop - it may seem like it never stopped, yet you are probably no longer on your period now, but having ovulation spotting - especially if your ovulation test is positive and the color is pink in color. Congratulations!

Maybe, maybe not: Ovulation predictor kits are notoriously subjective and often inaccurate as they use an indirect hormone surge to predict ovulation, which is what Clomid therapeutically does. Basal Body temperature charts (BBT) are also suggestive of ovulation when charted properly.
